Terms for using DealZen

These terms are provisional and pending review by legal counsel. DealZen is in pilot. These terms describe how the pilot works today and will be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before general launch; they may change.

1. Who we are

DealZen is built and operated by The Web Doctor, based in Mumbai, India (“we”, “us”). The registered legal-entity name and address are to be confirmed with counsel.

2. The pilot

DealZen is early software offered to a small group of businesses on an invitation/access-code basis. It is provided as a pilot: features may change, and access is granted for a limited period and can be renewed or ended.

3. What DealZen does

You connect the channels you already use — WhatsApp, Telegram and Gmail. DealZen reads the messages on those channels, uses AI to identify and score potential sales leads for your business, and shows you the ones worth attention. How data is collected, used, retained and deleted is described in our Privacy notice.

4. Your responsibilities

Only connect channels and accounts you are entitled to connect.
Ensure you have a proper basis to share, with a processor, the messages and personal data in the channels you connect — including data about third parties who appear in those messages.
Keep your access code and sign-in secure, and use DealZen lawfully.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use DealZen to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to access data that is not yours, or in a way that harms the service or other users.

6. AI output

DealZen uses third-party AI providers (see the Privacy notice) to score messages. AI scoring is probabilistic: it can be wrong, miss a lead, or flag something that is not one. It is a tool to help you decide, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for how you act on what DealZen shows you.

7. Availability and changes

Because this is a pilot, the service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed, and features may be added or removed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

8. Ending access

You can stop using DealZen and ask us to delete your workspace or account at any time. Access may also end when a pilot/access period lapses without renewal. When a workspace or account is deleted, its data is removed from our active systems, with backups ageing out as described in the Privacy notice.

9. No warranty; liability

DealZen is provided “as is” during the pilot, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. The precise liability, warranty and governing-law terms are to be confirmed with counsel.
